Common Topics
- Data & Privacy — StronkBar stores all data locally on your device with iCloud sync. We never see your workout data. See our Privacy Policy.
- Compatibility — StronkBar requires iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
- Import & Export — Pro users can import programs from Excel/CSV and workout history from CSV. All users can export workout history as CSV at any time.
- iCloud Sync — Sync happens automatically through your private iCloud account. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings for StronkBar.
- Purchases — Pro is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions. If you need to restore your purchase, go to Settings in the app or contact us. Family Sharing is supported where Apple allows it.
Troubleshooting
Before reaching out, try these steps:
- Make sure you're running the latest version of StronkBar from the App Store.
- Restart the app by swiping it away and reopening.
- Check that iCloud is enabled for StronkBar in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
- If a purchase isn't showing, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings.
